The wooden bridge (damaged by a windfall tree) has been repaired. That bridge (by the lake) has been there a long time.
Some dogs love to splash around in the River Blythe under it.
Beautiful spot.

Lovely space ti walk around. But I'm giving the biggest shout out to the CAFE, I'd read it had vegan options as someone who has a dairy allergy eatting out can be a nightmare but here it was brilliant. Vegan butter/mayo/cheese/milk...everything I could of asked for plus some. We had toasties delicious fillings were ouzing out as it was so full; fresh side salad and normally it would be served with a vegan coleslaw but on this occasion they hadn't got any (no probs) ..staff were friendly and dog friendly haha...we sat out side as we'd got an excitable pup. But we could of eatten in doors with her if we'd wished. Lovely space to walk/relax and take in nature followed as uv said with fab food ..win win...see you again soon.
